Siobhan is a highly experienced and passionate self-development professional with 10 years' experience as a corporate and professional trainer. Siobhan uses strong interpersonal skills, lucid communication skills, different learning strategies and the latest scientific research from the science of psychology and positive psychology to incorporate adult learning principles. She puts others at ease with her personable and engaging presentation style and dusts all that she does with good humour and positive emotion. Whether teaching the science of presenting, how to cognitively manage workload or stress, or changing company values, Siobhan works with a group to employ their own reward responses to greater effect.
