Jill is a prolific facilitator of Emotional Wellness and Personal Development programs in Australia. Her career in training spans over 20 years and has capitalised on her knowledge of human psychology and behaviour. Her background lies in the medical and pharmaceutical fields, but Jill has subsequently trained in all industries both locally and internationally.

Upon moving to Australia from the UK in 2002, she concentrated much of her training expertise on communication and people management skills, with special focus on positive psychology, change readiness and conflict resolution.

Jill has fulfilled her passion for delivering tailor made training solutions to corporate clients in Australia. She has designed many bespoke courses for clients, catering to their specific needs and objectives. Jill has also worked with all levels of staff from executives to administration, particularly enjoying training that requires whole company involvement.


With over 20 years experience, Jill has enjoyed delivering a wide variety of programs including 'Managing difficult clients', 'Communication excellence' and 'Facilitative management'. Her most popular programs include 'Emotional intelligence' and 'Assertiveness at work' which she has delivered for government organisations, as part of the Diploma in Leadership and throughout many corporate workplaces. The application within these courses is Attitude change, Learned Optimism, Motivation, Resilience and Strengths identification.

Jill's six-step, trade-marked model ENGAGE enables her participants to Eliminate Negativity, explore some Novel Thinking, Gain Control of situations, change one's Attitude towards difficult circumstances, Generate connections and finally, Enrich their environment. Her program uses a combination of emotional intelligence and positive psychology tools to challenge unhelpful behaviours and attitudes and ensure that staff are equipped to handle the changing environment.
